SASSA Takes Services to Fernie Neighborhood

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently traveling to the Fernie two Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render expert services into the community.

SASSA will probably be rendering services for instance new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer treatment enquiries, along with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency stated it is alarmed concerning the superior variety of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The intention of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme more info [ICROP] is to reach-out to your higher range of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is a result of the lack sassa of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no entirely functional office devoted to service the area each day. The company stage made for intervention experiences a large inflow of potential beneficiaries, which makes it tricky for the office to attend to all people who check out a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise extra resources to permit the servicing of all shoppers and increase entry to Social Assistance expert services,” the agency said.
